In order for any organization to see growth there is need to have a strategic plan that gives it a strategic direction. Muthoga Gaturu and Company Advocates has drawn a Five-Year Strategic Plan 2010 to 2015 which, among other things, enables the firm to see the need to explore new areas of practice and diversification of the existing areas of practice. In coming drawing the Strategic Plan, the firm was guided by its Mission, Vision and Core Values. During the implementation period the firm will diversify its range of services to include:
- Intellectual property law practice
- Regulatory Tribunals Commercial and Civil litigation practice
- Cross Border Mergers and Acquisitions practice
- Estate planning and development management
- Project management and infrastructure development
Our Key Objectives for 2015 are that the firm will have:
- Realized annual revenue growth of 15%
- Established its presence in 2 other strategic locations in EAC
- Acquire its own office premises and headquarters in Nairobi
- Attained high standards of operations and service delivery
