- MG&Co were the a group of 10 lodges and camps in the Maasai Mara reserve, one of the 7 modern wonders of the world, on the establishment of a joint venture on the creation of a conservancy. The legal advisory services provided included the incorporation of the joint venture vehicle, advising on compliance with all environmental, wildlife, employment and other applicable legislations and regulations, advice on how to source and secure financing from foreign conservation funding agencies and investment options available in the country, and registration of leases over seven hundred parcels of land that make up the conservancy.
